Gareth Jones t/a TLC Tennis, 23 Henge Close, Adderbury, OX17 3GA; takes the privacy of clients seriously, and takes measures to ensure that details of clients are kept secure. Gareth Jones has exclusive access to these details, which are saved to a secure password protected device, and used solely for administrative processes.
Information is limited to: Name, Address, Phone / email.
Where the client is under 18, only parent / guardian details are kept on file.
Age group of clients may be stored, and links to any coaching sessions in which they take part. Sharing of individual information may take place between TLC Tennis and Rosie Clark Tennis Coaching, solely for administrative processes. Client details (restricted to name / family name) may be shared with TLC Tennis by Rosie Clark Tennis Coaching, for organised group sessions and individual private coaching, solely for administrative processes.
Any sales transaction invoices detailing the client name, relating to sale of equipment and contracted services, are stored on a secure, password protected device.
Details stored may be requested by the client, adult individual, or a parent / guardian in the case of a junior / under 18 by contacting
