Gareth Jones has exclusive access to these details, which are saved to a secure password protected device, and used solely for administrative processes.
Information is limited to: Name, Address, Phone / email.
Where the client is under 18, only parent / guardian details are kept on file.
Age group of clients may be stored, and links to any coaching sessions in which they take part.
Any sales transaction invoices detailing the client name, relating to sale of equipment and contracted services, are stored on a secure, password protected device.
Details stored may be requested by the client, adult individual, or a parent / guardian in the case of a junior / under 18 by contacting
